Wine Making Interview

I wee while back I was interviewed by Maureen Howard for Otago Access Radio in New Zealand on making country wines for a half hour show on her Eco Living her weekly Action Program.  Above you can see 2 of the brews we have on the go at the moment.  On the left is a bramble cider, which has now finished fermenting.  Because of the high acidity we’ll mostly use it for cooking and turning into cider vinegar.  On the right is a blackberry wine I started together with Maureen a few days ago.  It’s bubbling away merrily.
